We have had our system about three years and it has never worked right. We had someone come out to fix it the first time. It still did not work right. It does not work at all now. We would like someone come out and remove it all together. Our home gets no protection at all. My dog is a better protector. We need to get rid of this system all together. 5/24/18 a technician(Andre Fields)arrived at my home to troubleshoot my alarm system and install a new panel. Unfortunately as the technician tested the alarm system, he failed to switch the alarm to test mode and as a result Two police officers arrived at my home from The Los Angeles Police Department and I am being billed 289. 00 for a false alarm that was beyond my control. In addition, I have tried calling the customer care number to request a technician to return and mount the panel that Mr. Fields was suppose to mount on my wall on 5/24/18 and I have not had any success. To this date the panel is sitting on my TV stand.

Keep getting a radio monitor control panel message
i silence it then it occurs again i have had this checked and i was told that no alerts were showing. This is a very disturbing problem it will wake us up at night. I wish too cancel my service and find another service. This has gone on for several months.
