My network goes off out of the Bleu and the process when calling takes forever till you out of airtime, please let us know if you having problems with the network instead of waiting for us to call and report the faults that you most probably know. I'm signed up so I could run my small business easier and faster, but mostly I wake up with no network and no SMS or email telling me that there's problem or sumthing. So please change how you do things or treat us because it's really unprofessional and it's really inconvenient us running small business.

I received my Mweb LTE router on the 1st of November 2022 and I was told it takes 48 hours to activate, till today its not activated and I have been calling spending airtime that I have to buy everyday to ask for connection and I have been sent from pillar to post and been told it will take 48, I have spent close to 400 airtime just calling Mweb, I am so annoyed with this services and I do not think I will refer someone to Mweb after this honestly your service are poor and even now am not activated.

I have a contract with Mweb. Patricia Hebbard 0217821804 0217863605 0845836214. My service is abysmal. The wi fi dips all the time and We have to go to a coffee shop to work. I have contacted you telephonically and written. Tried again today. Just cut off. No reply to my emails. I tried your Cape Town service number. It does not exist it says. I have tried TelkOm. They spent hours rewiring. My next step is to get your router tested. Please help urgently. I have had wonderful service from your long ago, but it seems to have all changed.
