    I rent a villa in Jebel Ali Village. Villa 297. The wooden fascia board at the back of the villa is rotten and has fallen off with other bits of wood hanging down and will also fall at some stage. Presently this is dangerous with small children in the back garden.

    Dear Nakeel, I am a resident of Jumeriah Park having recently moved in mid December 2015. Recently some works have been carried out in respect of temp. Drainage (concrete protection ramps etc) the said drainage route is going passed the side of my villa and moreover the required pump has been located directly outside my garden wall. The noise that is now being generated is not acceptable and moreover not in accordance with municipality rules and regulations. What is even more annoying is the “vast” derelict area that is around the pump location that could be used in order to ensure that the noise generated doesn’t affect the residents in the vicinity Please look into this asap.

    Hi Nakheel, I am a resident of JVT, District 9G. There are two schools being built, literally in my back garden. For weeks on end now there has been noise pollution going on until the early hours of the morning (2-3am). This is down to a team of workers throwing concrete rebar around. The noise levels I am recording peak at 98db and average 68-72db. My understanding is that this is against municipality ruling of 45db max. This is unacceptable. The "boss" I spoke to this morning told me that the temporary construction site has a 24 hour work permit. How can this be true when the actual construction site doesn't? I am not the only resident suffering from sleepless nights. Please can someone call me to explain and give me some answers as I am now going weeks and weeks without sleep.     I live in the gardens furnish apartment, building three, 320. The router has to be placed in ceiling and it is sealed with the silicon gum, every time I have a WiFi issue, need to call Innaya and they come in half an hour to do it. Now the rule has been changed and I need to request through Nakheel and Nakheel has informed I have to wait for three days, do you want your customer to stay with no ceiling for three days.

    I just want my booking fee transfered to another unit if possible. I still want to rent, but it's unfair that I should pay commission twice. Nakheel has not suffered any financial loss and your agent is trying to earn triple commission. Thus is very unethical by this employee.

    I am a tenant of building 188, apartment 404 Discovery Gardens since August 2014. On 4th Floor we live there two families, with wives and children. Occupants of apartment 402, 403 and 405 are dirty and disrespectful of others. The floor is always dirty because the mentioned tenants just do not care and the management of the building do not care. Every day small papers, advertising prostitution in the name of massage with nude women flood our doors. In apartment 402, the tenants commercial sex workers and this illegal business goes on day and night without any care for other tenants. I am demanding action for the tenants of 4th floor to have restrictions to control their behavior, for those prostitutes who put papers on our doors to be stopped by security and the known prostitutes of apartment 402 to vacate the building before we involve the police.
