To whom it may concern, since the Lockdown started, I have tried to establish whether or not the Constantia Branch, Cape Town would operate at any time. After many attempts, there was no response to the Telephone call. The Constantia Center had no information about the times. Eventually the call was answered by the Nedbank Call Center. They had no idea, whether the Branch would be operating, nor where Constantia was? The same applied to Hout Bay Branch. On enquiring as to what Branches would be open in Our Areas, I was given everything, but, the Southern Suburbs, Today I phoned the Constantia Number, only to be answered by the Call Center, who once again, had no information at all. What on earth is the point? Very poor service indeed. I do not have online service. I am a Pensioner. Do I not Matter to Nedbank.
