Bus 1914 arrived late at the old country road stop and made me missed my Long Island transfer from HICKS station. It is unfair and ridiculous that the MTA wants to raise fares, but their bus drivers suck. For the past couple of days I have been arriving late to work because of the lack of consideration from bus drivers. Accordinging to the N-24 bus schedule, I should b arriving at Hicks LIRR station/stop by 7:19. And instead I have been arriving at 7:40 which makes me miss my train. This did not happen with the regular drivers (African American woman or the guy). I ask that you PLEASE bring back the regular drivers. For god sake, I may lose my job because of my lateness due to the bus drivers. By the way, which are different ones everyday. PS bus N-24 from Westbury to Hicks.
I have waited for a bus N41 N40 for over an hour and several other riders could not get home this is unacceptable. Nice Bus is not nice at all. A light storm and a complete FAIILURE. Customers deserve better. Nice App is saying buses are coming and they are not. Poor customer service. You need to supply alternative transportation and routes do not just leave us stranded. Not Nice.

Hello I have a very serious issue with bus number1857 the N1 at 12:30 pick up at Belmont rd we were heading towards valley stream I am a disabled rider and a 7_10 Times a week this man told me he was going to break my face calling me racial name white boy and he was from a black country with an accent. I am irritate this happened just because I said to him he owes me an apology at my stop on central ave was key food he said more then once he was going to break my face white boy said again I am a loyal disabled customer and feel extremely violated I also spoke to somebody on the phone about this also I hope something is done and I receive a call or my next thing to do is come with a lawyer and sue bus drivers threatening disabled people with violence. That's k you Bus 1857 N1 Belmont rd and Hempstead turnpike going to central ave is my stop.

IM COMPLAINING ABOUT BUS 1953 THAT LEAVES LONG BEACH TERMINAL AT 10:30 AM GOING TO ROOSEVELT FIELD. THIS IS HER FOURTH TIME LATE THIS WEEK TODAY SHE DIDNT LEAVE THE TERMINAL UNTIL TEN FIFTY SHE WAS REALY RUDE AND NASTY TO ME SAYING SHE WILL BE LATE EVERYDAY. IF THEY DESERVE A TEN MINUTE BREAK YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE TIME OF THE BUS IM TRYING TO GET TO WORK ON TIME SO SHE SHOULD BE AT WORK ON TIME. ITS NOT FAIR AND SHE HAD US WAITING IN THE COLD THE BUS DRIVER BEFORE HER WAS NEVER LATE ALWAYS ARRIVED AT 10:30 am. Today the N4X going to Freeport was ten minutes late. It should
have arrived at 7:25 at Merrick Road and Central Avenue, Valley Stream. It was bus 1881, new driver as well, cannot handle a bus, lots of stops and starts, constant jerking motions. I then missed a connecting N35 and was late for work. I was at the bus stop five minutes before the marked arrival time for the N4 Express. Even with being late, if she knew the route and actually how to handle the bus, she might have made the connecting transfers.

NICE bu system has gpt to be the worst there is the bus are seldomly ever on time. I cant count how many time I wait for a scheduled bus, and they never show up in the time slot when two to three bus was supposed to show the all the sudden two or3 buses shows up at the same time. Furthermore the driver are rude, obnoxious and disrespectful. There have been numerous times I am in middle of the street crossing to catch the bus, and i am waving down the driver to wait to and he just takes off. They need some training on customer service and edicate.

Bus N-24 schedule time 7:15/19 from Washington Ave. In Westbury to Hicksville LIRR Station. Bus driver (1775) African American arrived at 7:27, and when we arrived at Hicks, he did NOT stop at the Hicks LIRR stop, he stopped a block before the original route. NOT only did he made me miss my LIRR to work, there was also a student on the bus who was complaining that she was going to be late to school because she missed her transfer bus. All due because this bus driver did NOT arrive on time or complete his route. I would really appreciate it that the Nassau County Bus Company take under consideration of the commuters need to arrive at their destination on time. We pay $2. 75 fare to arrive at our destination on time. Please have drivers on the road that have consideration for the rights of the commuters. I would seriously ask that this matter be looked into it.

I work at 60 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard, Uniondale. ALL your bus drivers ignore the full stop sign and do not yield to the traffic coming into the complex in the morning when employees are entering the complex. I cannot speak to other times of the day. The incoming traffic has no yield or stop sign to allow vehicles in and not block Charles Lindbergh Blvd. This morning the driver almost hit me broadside. I guess she thought it was fun to watch my face. Please instruct them that they have the full stop and should yield to incoming traffic.

Last Saturday (7th of February, 2015), the 9:30 PM NICE N20 bus (scheduled from Flushing to Hicksville) didn't come. Passengers waited in the Flushing stop to 10:07 PM, another N20 bus (scheduled to go to Roslyn) came. At this time, passengers have waited for around 50 minutes. Since this bus didn't go to Hicksville, for those passengers needed to go Hicksville had to wait another 30 minutes more for the next N20 bus. It's frozen outside in this February, especially during night. Where was the N20 bus driver for 9:30 PM schedule? We truly wish him to experience waiting outside in a winter night for one hour.
