I bought the Nioxin number four and the directions are very vague most not even in English I'm waiting to use this product and I'm not 100% sure how to use it could someone contact me. I do understand that you should only use the shampoo and conditioner two to three times a week do not quite understand about the treatment on the scalp whether it should go on dry hair every single night or damp here every single night and do you rub it in the scalp or on the hair.

Hi,
I messaged a couple of days ago to say that despite using the Nioxin system three set every other day for eight weeks, I've not seen any improvement in the thickness of my thin hair. Any advice would be very much appreciated. I also find that if I get a few splashes of the scalp treatment on my skin, it leaves red marks although these do eventually disappear. I'd really appreciate some advice to improve the thickness of my hair. I'm 49 years old and my hair started thinning a few years ago. Many thanks

My sister bought me Nioxin and the salon who sold it to her advised tht you offer a product for treatment of Demodex mites. I have looked for it online and found a few sites saying that Nioxin has a treatment for that. I could not find where to buy online so I called your toll free number. The girl had no idea what I was talking about, but then asked if it was the d mite. I said yes and she said we do not carry anything for that, but what a good product Nioxin is. Do you carry it or not?.

I have dealt with sever hair loss for a long time now and take medication every day for the rest of my life in order for it to remain on my head. The ONLY styling product that my hair responded to was the Volume and Texture Creme and you have discontinued it. I tried all the other products, your mousse, thickening spray, definition creme, etc. I had to settle on the Thickening Gel, but it is kinds sticky to work with. Do you plan on ever braining back the Volume and Texture Creme?.

I am a salon professional and have been recommending Nioxin for many years to my clients. I have recently started using this system and the scalp treatment three gave me a severe chemical burn on my face. It left me very swollen for my hours and left me with a terrible rash on my scalp. From reading medical forums on this specific product, I am NOT the only one this has/is happening to. Something needs to be fixed in this product. I refuse to sell the treatment to my clients until this product is changed.

Dear Manager, I brought Nioxon system two after a consultation with a lady at Keith Hall hairdressers in Nottingham, after using the product I got terrible sore pain full blisters and now I am stuck with the product which cost me £29. 99 so not happy, I still have the product if you want it back.

The Nioxin Scalp Recovery caused my hair to be more dry than before use. My scalp is also itching constantly to the point that it wakes me up in the middle of the night. I am very disappointed with this product.

Can you tell me how long the Nioxin Root Lifter will last on the shelf (3 or four yrs. Perhaps?) And can you tell me why in the world they chose to discontinue it? It was the best thing Nioxin makes. I have purchased the entire system and want to know if I should apply the scalp treatment 1st - and should I apply it to dry hair, let it sit, then wash with the shampoo then conditioner?
