I have applied Non Salary Transfer Loan before 14 days, at that time Mr. Adnan Zaheer (Senior Relationship Officer) said that the money will be credited after two days, but more than 14 days passed the amount not credited. I called him many times even yesterday and today, but no response. Before applying the loan he called me many times and he answered me whenever I called him. But what happened now. He is not at all attending my call. He don’t know how to treat the customer and he is ignoring the customer. So to get aware of your bank service, Now I will send an internal notification to Petrofac HR about poor service from Noor Islamic Bank, So that Petrofac employees(working more than 4000 employees) are aware about the services provided for its customer. Some one looking after this site did call me yesterday and took some details and assured me that it will be resolved and card will be unblocked
