I bought the O Cedat mop and spin bucket. My bucket has two parts one to spin dry and a section for water. The part for water to dip mop head in is complicated. Hard to explain, but it’s not wetting the mop head and I continue to have to remove the divider. This makes a mess and isn’t helping me clean my floors. It it possible to send this back with its original box ?
I would like the bucket that only has the one side that spins vs the double divided section. I’m happy to pay difference lus shipping. I don’t want two O-Cedar buckets. I don’t remember the store I purchased it originally. Thank you kindly Kathy Akerson.

Your mop is a piece of s$%t We purchased a replacement head only to be confronted with the tools only a serial killer would have on hand, i. E., A ZIP TIE It was unforgiving in that it could NOT BE ADJUSTED TO FIT OVER THE SLIDING HANDLE What kind of moron invented this? It was necessary to cut the zip tie because it wouldn't fit on the handle and could not be adjusted (let out) to loosen. It had only one direction and that was to tighten it so it had to be cut off, and then became useless as a result. I was going to order your steam mop, but I do not think I will now UNLESS you, if you have any integrity at all, send me a coupon for a replacement mop head. If you had an ounce of decency, you would.

I BOUGHT ONE OF YOUR EASY WRING MOPS. THE HANDLE MUST HAVE BEEN MADE FOR A DWARF. I HAD TO BEND OVER REALLY FAR TO USE THE MOP. IT ONLY EXTENDS FOR ABOUT 24 INCHES AND THAT IS FULLY ADJUSTED. IT TOOK FOUR DAYS FOR THE MOP TO DRY. THIS IS THE FIRST OCEDAR PRODUCT WHICH I DO NOT LIKE. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Purchased the Easy Wring Spin Mop and Bucket system from Home Depot in late August, opened box today and the extention pole which is suppose to be adjustable is not in the box. I am very disappointed in not receiving all the parts and wonder what happened with quality control, Call the customer service number and was only voicemail available I expect more from such a large company. I requested the missing part and provided the store and order number listed on the box. Hope system works better than what has happened so far.

I used it for the first time tonight and the mop came apart in my hands when I used the wringer. I have several OCedar products and I was disappointed that the new Fast 'N Easy didn't measure up to your usual standard of quality.
