I have been a supporter of your product for a very long time and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. I purchased a Olay total effects anti aging moisturizer with sunscreen not thinking it much different from the one I usually get anti aging daily moisturizer with a touch of foundation --I did not apply to my eyes, but the result affected them anyway -- so bad one time I had to give up driving to not cause an accident. Burning watery eyes -- greasy skin is not what I expect.

Hi i have sensitive skin and started using Olay Regenerist which i found to be too scenty and irritated my skin. I then tried the Total Effects for sensitive skin which was better. Night cream in Total Effects also works well except for the fragrance which i find unnecessary and unpleasant since being used to fragrance free products. I think its the spf in your products which causes problems.

My ? is do you have any products for men if not have you thought about developing products for us. I have been using Olay products for years now and love them, but I tried your new body wash Energizing Lime and white tea and it is TOO STRONG. I like the feel on my skin because it is tingling and refreshing, but it BURNS my private parts. I think you need to take a look at the recipe again and tone it down.

I have been using the Olay Natural white SPf 24 that i purchased in Saudi Arabia. I have noticed this product is not available in South Africa. I have switch to the even and smooth moisturising lotion which was available, but know it is not. I'm Mrs M January and I have no complaint, but gratitude. I'm almost 48 years old and get compliments about my skin almost daily. Today I visited a store in our mall, L'occitane, it's a cosmetic store which sells pricey anti ageing products. The saleslady almost gasped aloud when I told her my age. She admitted that she did not even think I was 40 yet, let alone being almost 50 I told her I started a few years ago with Total Effects by Olay and last year started on the Regenerist range. I just want to thank the Company for a wonderful product and whenever I'm complimented on my youthful skin, I tell everybody that I'm using Olay. Hi my name is Kerrie my grandma started me on oil of ulan when I was seven years old as a moisturiser. I have been using it ever since. This year I will be turning 38 in July (DOB10/07/1978) and have three lovely children and a husband. To whom it may concern,

I would like to place a formal complaint on behalf of my mum in regards to one of your face creams. She applied the cream as directed on Sunday morning, The cream has burnt the skin on her face which is now all dry and cracked and her eyes keep swelling to the point where she cannot see out of them. I had a look at various reviews on the internet which confirmed this is not an uncommon problem with your products. Also taking into account the fact that practically half of the ingredients which are listed online are not listed on the product packaging which is misleading to the customer as it is not fully informing us what is in your product. I would like to know how you will be intending on compensating my mother. Thank you for your time.

Please could you advise me on the following complaint. A couple of months ago I used Olay regenerist serum for the first time and it was a brilliant product - my wrinkles looked reduced and my skin looked really fresh. I recently ran out and decided to treat myself to the night cream in the same range. How can they be SO different? Are the ingredients massively different? My skin looks very tired, wrinkles are pronounced and I have spots. I am so disappointed to spend money as a treat and my skin look so rubbish. How can these two products be so different?.

Hi I brought a cream off EBAY after receiving the item IS like a fake the cream looked off packaging was not properly sealed cream was bitty smelt awful looked like cream was changed emailed the seller he says its not a fake. I am 62 yrs old and purchased the Oil of Olay Moisture Cream - Olay complete. I used it several times and find it to be too greasy? - it does not soak into the skin. This caused my face to break out in tiny whiteheads. I would like a refund. I can return this 2. 0 oz jar if you provide me with the shipping information and cost to do so.
