I bought one of your paper shredders, which I am very sure its within the 3years warranty. I purchase it in staples in Florida. I brought it to Ontario, I am a snowbird and this shredder only gets used 6months out of 12. It has been a very good shredder, but it jammed with only a few sheets of paper. I cannot seem to get it unjammed and now the shredders only runs in reverse. Do you have any suggestions for me, I would have thought I would have got more mileage out of this shredder, it was not a cheap one

I made an order on 2nd Feb,2018 for 5399 rs via flipkart and paid the amount through my citi bank debit card but the merchant (omni tech retail)canceled the order and assured for the refund.i did. It get the refund till 11th Feb and den again I called flipkart and they asked to talk to bank as they have provided the refund and it shows that the customer has received the same. So,I had a word with the bank and the representative told that I should wait for some days as they haven't received anything and today it has been more than 3 months and both the parties have no idea of my hard earned money..this is how they deal with the customer and have left no way of harassing me. I am fed up of calling both the parties as no one is giving a clear answer.The bank is saying that the merchant has provided me with the services and not refunded and the flipkart is saying that they have refunded..I don't know where to go. I have a two year contract with Omnitech that started 10-16-16I have dealt with Omnitech for at least three years and now I have no connection to your service for a few months now I am disappointed that this could happen, especially since you have given me such a great service I call your numbers and get no results. I have no connection to your techs and haven't for months I really am trying to deal with you, but to no probable solution So, why not just be honest with me and tell me something of substance I can deal with.

Shredder is just over a year old. Today when shredding six pieces of paper it jammed. I hit reverse as I have with every previous shredder to clear the jam and the gears immediately stripped. Upon opening the unit I find two gears made of low quality plastic driving the machine. The small gear has three fins broken. The paper run thru the machine was not even copy paper weight. Very disappointing

This was an expensive machine and this is the first time I've put more than three sheets of paper in it. The lid has a credit card shredding slot. I can say that is an overstatement, given it broke with six sheets of paper.
