HI. GOOD AFTERNOON. FOR NO REASON AT ALL MY OUTLOOK WEB APP BOX IS TELLING ME THAT EITHER MY USER NAME OR PASS WORD IS INCORRECT AND I CANNOT ACCESS MY EMAIL. THIS HAPPENED ONCE BEFORE AT THE END OF LAST YEAR AND PLDT GAVE ME A DIFFERENT PASS WORD AND IT WORKED UP TO LAST WEEK. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND GOT THROUGH TO A REPRESENTATIVE WHO HARDL Y SPOKE ENGLISH. WHEN I ASKED HER TO SPEAK ENGLISH THE LINE SHORTLY WENT QUIET AND THEN SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. BOTH OF THESE THINGS ARE MAKING PLDT MORE PALPAK THAN IT USUALLY IS AND I AM ONE VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Sana pag tumawag kami ng hotline sana may paraan para maka usap naman namin kahit man lang customer service assistance para mai relay naman namin ng maayos ang problem na na eencounter namin kasi kahit paulit ulit kami mag press ng numbers depende sa kung anong problem na mention ng operator wala pong nang yayari sa aming concern. Bibigyan lang kami ng repair ticket number and then wala namang mangyayari. Once na tumawag ka ulit bibigyan ask ulit ng problem para mabigyan ng ticket number which is same problem pa rin naman ang na encounter namin ano na ang nangyari sa ticket number na binigay sa amin naresolve ba nila? pero bakit ganon pa rin ang problem na na i experience namin. Dear PLDT,
For almost a month now, our phone (02-4239597) has had no dial tone. I reported the matter to the PLDT Customer service for the first time on Oct. 21. I was given the reference number 235-436-18. Oct. 30, the phone was still out of order. Called again customer service. I was told that my complaint with the above reference number has already been fixed. The person attending to my call even called our number to confirm that our phone was indeed still not working. I was given a new reference number 236-563-49. Nov. three, still no dial tone. Called PLDT customer service again. I was told that a service team has already been dispatched. Nov. 7, still no dial tone. Called PLDT customer service again. The person attending to my call gave the name of the repairman. I was told to expect a certain Adrian (Evangelista?) that very day. No one came. Please send somebody to fix our phone.
Our landline (044) 940 8272 has no dial tone since July. This was already been reported via facebook. Though PLDT has responded to the concern, but no action was taken about it. We are receiving another bill for August -Sept. And yet our phone has no dial tone and the internet bundle connection is poor. Please act on this immediately because we depend on internet connection especially in submitting reports. Thank you.
