Bought buy one and get one at half price in Ft. Myers. Running shoes and sandals. On the right sandal the heel broke off and is gone. These were bought March six 2015. Went to Rack Room Shoes in St. Augustine and he refused to do anything about it because I did not have the box. I did have the receipt. All I wanted was to exchange the sandals for a new pair.

i bought a pair of Highland Creek Ratchet boots on 8/26/14. they fit great! iwear the to work,i work inside the office for a electric contractor, last week i noticed on the right boot that the ratchet or eyelet on left side is coming out of the leather. the second from the top, once it comes out there will be a hole there and it will start to get bigger is there any warranty on these boots other than the store 60 day one. like i said they are not used in any physical work other than climbing the stairs to the office 7-4 four days a week when i get home,the off day and weekends they are not used!
