I purchased Scandal Eyes Show Off mascara last week on May 15th, when I opened it up the brush and mascara was dry. I put some of the mascara on my finger and felt old and it doesn't go on my eyelashes very well. I've been wearing mascara for years and know what old mascara looks like. I have used Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencils for years. Several years ago I complained that the lead was constantly breaking off in the sharpener. Since, this happens occasionally, but lately it is every pencil. I have spent at least $20 lately on pencils that have been pretty much a complete waste, because of lead breakage in the sharpener. I have tried various kinds of sharpeners. I have two samples of constantly breaking pencils and the sharpener that I was using and would be happy to mail them to you. I have been using Rimmel London's Natural Bronze Waterproof Bronzing Powder SPF for years and love the product. However, the clear plastic lid has been cracking around the edges and breaking off and therefore not protecting the product. This has happened with at least three I have bought with the last few years and is therefore not a batch error. I am unable to transport the item in my make up bag as the product becomes loose and goes everywhere.
