So i have been playing this game for a long time now probably about 7-9months. I spent a lot of my own amount of money on this game as well. Recently i did an in app purchase of $20 then $100 and an accident repurchase of the $100 again due to my fingerprint option on my iPhone for purchases. I immediately tried to figure this out with battle bay and was told there was nothing they can do about my situation so then i reached out to iTunes and explained what happened saying i only needed to dispute the second $100 charge because it was an accidental purchase, but the $120 was ok. They refunded me the second charge of $100 and everything was fine again. Then today i try to play and get a message saying "account banned: refund scam" HOW. this is crazy. I would understand if i did this over and over then yea i deserve it, but it happened once. So what happens to all the money i spent before because i think if my account is banned i should be able to get that back.

I bought a gift card for $79. 99 in order to purchase the 24, 000 coins in angry birds with friends. It only gave me 13, 000 and change. When I contacted facebook, they did nothing except have my money refunded, and my coins all deleted. They took coins I had before the purchase, too. I now have a gift card that is worthless, because if I use it on your platform, it does not give me the coins advertised, and I had close to 1, 000 coins I earned in the game. This is beyond frustrating. I was just trying to pay to play more. How do I get the right amount of coins that are showing plainly on my page and not half of that.

Help. On 9/5/2017 I tried to play Friends game The Jelly Bounce and it said I needed to update, either by Facebook or without. I chose without since I do not belong to Facebook. It took me to Android Play Store and it said download pending. This went on for two days, so I finally Unistalled and then Reinstalled. Facebook went down today. When I logged into Friends tournament on my iPad, it was as if I never played the game, I had lost all friends, slings, progress. When a prompt came up to log in with Facebook, I clicked on the prompt. The inquiry is whether I want to transfer all my guest purchases and progress to my Facebook account. I play angry birds on my Kindle. In episode mode it works fine. When i try to play mighty league the game plays for a while then it freezes, especially when i use power ups. This happens all the time and I lose the power up.
