I do need help with my new iron--have had another model for about 20 years--, but this model is different and I am not getting the answer I need from the instruction booklet. THis is an expensive product This should never happen
Warranties in Canada and USA are one year - rest of the world for Rowneta is 2.

I have searched all over Canada for Rowenta Part RS-UL4336 Cord/Power Supply. This has been replaced once at real expense and now the only source seems to be the U. S, . Where the cost quoted is 37. 00 and 37. 00 for delivery. This does not place Rowenta in a very good light. The steam iron it self was plenty costly (the Rolls-Royce of irons) and now, stand-behind service is non existent or exorbitant. Recommend to others? What do you think?David O.

Bought curl active and the finish is off where you clasp the hair and the iron spins. This is under a year old distributor would not do anything to help as I do not have receipt. And over 30 days, this is a very expensive tool and I have never had any product that lost it finish like this? I believe this is defective product and I want to know how you will solve this problem.

I purchased the Rowenta Eco Intelligent Iron, it is the second one I purchased and water is leaking from the bottom and the latch where you put water in broke off very easily. I have only had it for several months. I am very disappointed, as I thought since I paid over $150. 00, I would get a superior product. I think I am better off buying a cheaper iron.

This is the second Rowenta iron I have purchased in the last four years. Both times the electrical cord seems to disconnect from the iron. This causes interruption of power to the iron. The last time I received no help from Rowenta. I hope that posting this will awaken customer service. If not, I will buy a 40$ iron and change them twice a year and it will still be cheaper than buying a Rowenta
