Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research-RCPSR Bhilai was established in Year : 2006. In a country where education is held in very high esteem and the teacher is equated to God, we at Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research have dedicated ourselves to impart education and also develop the student to be responsible professional.
Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research-RCPSR Bhilai are groomed carefully and the virtues of hard work, discipline and ethical practices in profession are imbibed in them constantly during their college life.Campus life never stresses the importance of extra academic activities apart from academic learning, leading them to many new avenues. Campus of Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research-RCPSR Bhilai has an Theater like auditorium with a capacity of 400 seats. The auditorium is designed fully air cooled and is equipped modern A/V facilities. The institute also has one conference hall with audio and video conferencing facilities. The Campus has sprawling cricket ground, football ground, volleyball court, Badminton court, Hand Ball and basket ball courts. Indoor chess, table tennis and Gym facilities are also available. The group colleges organize Sports Week every year for promotion of overall personality development of their students. Facilities for maintaining the physical fitness and health have been provided in our campus.
The Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research-RCPSR Bhilai within the campus organize various events including Unnayan (technical and cultural fest) , Utkarsh etc. every year. The festivals offer a wide spectrum of activities to for students. Separate hostels ensure privacy and homely environment. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, air cooled and offer congenial atmosphere for academic development. All the rooms are air cooled and have attached let baths. The campus has excellent indoor and outdoor sports facilities. A doctor and nurse visit the hostels very regularly. There are two separate messes and offer hygienic food.

The boy’s residential block is in the close vicinity of the campus. Medical facility is available round the clock for the inmates. At Rungta diverse food habits and taste preferences come to the dining table. Rungta chefs are experts in north and south Indian specialties and use latest facilities for cooking in the kitchen. Senior Wardens constantly monitor the needs of the students and play the role of local guardians. As the residential premises are very close to the academic block, students have the advantage of access to library till 9pm.

Cultural activities at Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research-RCPSR Bhilai provide a full measure of opportunity to students for their artistic and theatrical pursuits. Campus has a auditorium with seating capacity of 400 and an open air Auditorium with a seating capacity of 1500, that forms the hub of the cultural life. Famous personalities have performed in these auditoriums. Student cultural committees under the guidance of faculty members of respective institutes organize various cultural programs from time to time in form of welcome parties, farewell parties and inter department competitions. These activities add another dimension to the many-sided life of the campus community. College Level cultural Committees manage all cultural events in the college and works for further representation at the university level and other competitions. Colleges within the campus are winners of the state cultural youth festival for the last three year and large number of students represent respective college at National level.

These ‘delicious life-savers’ are prepared in hygienic conditions and served hot. Hygienic food at the college canteen is provided at very reasonable rates during lunchtime or break. An ATM counter has been setup within the campus for the benefit of the resident students at Rungta Educational Complex. The management has kept suggestion boxes at different locations in the campus for the students to give their suggestions or voice their grievances. Students can seek counseling by contacting the Principal and Director of the institution whenever required. This helps in maintaining transparency in administration.
