There are three items in the new generated bill which are not right:-
1- there was no amount been paid for the prevised bills which is not correct. 2- the consumption has jumped to 1500 KWh, however the meeting reading is 600 KWH
3- the meter reading has been multiply by 60, which is not the case. This is new smart meter where the reading showing in the LCD is KWh.

Since from Wednesday (06-SEP-2017), power is cut in our flat No. 203, Zakhir tower - one, Opp. Arab mall, Al Tawuun, Sharjah., P. O. Box. 28253. I understand that bill has not paid. Due to this reason, power has cut suddenly. When power is cut, immediately I understood and within 30min I have made payment through online. To be frank, I forgot to make a payment. But, no one from Sewa has informed/reminded me about this bill payment before cutting the power. This is really disappointing situation. I'm having the pregnant wife at home. Due to this power cut, she is suffering a lot. I NEED THE POWER IMMEDIATELY AT MY FLAT. PLEASE ON IT. Going forward, please inform the customer before cutting the power. There may be different kind of people staying at home like pregnant women, old people, etc. Hope you understand our situation and also hope this will not repeat again. Thank you.

Good day. I wonder how the Sewa Invoicing department computes the consumption to invoice the customer. In the past two months, i am monitoring our bills, consumption and the charges. I notice some discrepancies on the total or current bill. Base on my own computation, i saw some errors. Kindly see the screen shots of the June and July bill, with pencil marking. I have also sent an email with this regards and calling all you contact numbers, but I am just disappointed to reach any of the numbers showing online. Please have a look, check our bills, and if there is a mistake from my side, please accept my apologies. Thank u

The Sewa bill is increasing every month, while our usage is still the same and no additional electronic items has been used from the time i have taken the Sewa service i. E. From month of January 2017. In the month of May the house was closed and no electricity or water or gas was used for ten days still the bill was AED 797 as it was in the previous month(April). Now in the bill for the month of June has increased to AED 1120. Please check the meter for its serviceability.
My bill this month is too much almost three time the normal. I paid the bill then again they send it. Also the connection was suspended without notice. Sewa stopped printing bills, how we will know.
