I set up an account on Square. After approval, I submitted an invoice to a client that has paid the invoice. I am a consultant. Square has rejected the transaction and has asked for a bunch of additional information. Why did this come AFTER i was approved and therefore invoiced my client. I am a B2B consultant. The invoice amount is $3500. My request is that you honor your terms of acceptance and just process my invoice and payment and give me a real person to deal with to resolve this for future transactions.

A merchant that uses Square sent me a refund July 11, 2016 and I have not received the funds yet. The merchant is Hanics America and the refund is $540. 00. As always I can not get in touch with anyone at Square, I have tried calling and emailing with no response. Can anyone help me out here? It would be appreciated. I charged using my MC and this charge generated an electronic receipt. The problem, the receipt was not sent to me, the person who charged on it.
