Hello there, am writing in complaining to an issue with from. I tried to buy airtime from my bank acct twice (1, 000) each = (2, 000) and I was debited, but my line was no credited. I called my MTN customer care service and I was told the issue is from my bank. I called customer care and I was told to wait for 48 hours that my money will be credited into my account back, now it past 72hours now and noting had changed. Please I urge you to kindly respond to this and refund me immediately. This happen on Wednesday (04/07/2018). I am looking forward to your respond Sterling One Customer Bank. Thanks

My name is Pius Okoyomon , I'm a customer of this bank with account number 012221665. The account was opened at Ereko in Lagos Island and this is the account through which my military pension is paid and presently, I'm in Ubiaja Local Government area in Edo state. At about 11:44am this morning, I tried withdrawing five thousand naira (5000) via POS-esan microfinance bank in Ubiaja Edo state, but I was debited and not paid. I was told it was going to be reversed and till this time, it hasn't been reversed. Please assist with the reversal because there's no Sterling Bank in this town to lodge a complain. GOOD DAY,
please I have issues with cash withdrawal from my account using my ATM card. Despite having linked my account with my BVN number using the mobile means i cant withdraw. I linked my account with my BVN and i was told that it was successful, why then cant i withdraw my money?

if the bank knew that i had issues with BVN why did it allow deposit to be made. Thia is highly unprofessional.
