Within a week, the news carrier has missed my newspaper delivery three times. I have called each time by 8:30AM and the recording promises the delivery that morning. By late morning I have called and spoke with a representative and each time, they said the paper would be delivered before noon. When it did not arrive, I have called and the representative said the paper would come with the daily paper the next day. This did not happen. Today I am waiting for the delivery and it is 10:35AM. Will it arrive? I have been a customer of the Sun-Sentinel for 26 years. What has happened?.

It seems as though my paper is missing from delivery more often than not. I'm going to give benefit of doubt to delivery service and assume perhaps that someone is stealing the paper. That said as well, during raining days when I do get the paper it is often wet. I've been taking the Sentinel for well over 20 years, but it has never been at this level of service. Perhaps placing paper near my front door I know that is a hassle for person doing delivery, but as you can sense, it is especially frustrating on Sunday when I look forward to reading the paper while having a morning coffee.
For your reference and the benefit of readers who may see this reply, i have been getting the paper at my door now for a while and i want to thank you for listening and to the delivery person for the extra effort.
