I applied to Sykes and was scheduled for an interview. Due to a need to have my computer updated, I hired an IT Professional. Regrettablly the work was not completed in a timely fashion. I then suffered an injury which prevented me from working at that time. I would still like to apply, but wish to speak with someone before scheduling. I have tried the better part of today to reach someone by phone, but have not been able to get through. Hello everyone. I recently applied to your company and am going to have the phone interview on Thursday at 11:00 am. The reason I am writing is that the system will not accept my sign in information. Specifically, it won't accept my pass word. I know this is the correct pass word. I believe it won't accept my password because I have updated my security package for my computer. Whenever, one changes a security package, the new system updates all the files. I believe this is why Sykes is not recognizing my password.
