I am writing to confirm my three telephone messages left on Sunday, September 3rd; Monday, September 4th; and Tuesday, September 5th, to PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND ME FROM SEPTEMBER four TO DECEMBER 11, 2017 which was recently paid. On Monday, I called my dealer, Aurora Cajucom, to indicate my irritation and frustration. Of all the days, it is on the long weekend when I couldn't access TFC. I gave Aurora my Visa Card number and paid my account up to December 2017. My account was instantly re-activated, but only for a few minutes. As of this writing, NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. TFC IS STILL NOT WORKING. I DEMAND REFUND OF MY PAYMENT FROM SEPTEMBER 3RD UP TO DECEMBER 11, 2017, TO MY VISA CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please give me instructions what to do with the TFC Box. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ASAP, please. Thank you.

I have a complaint about TFC. I called last night to try to get mu issue resolved and it was not and I am very very upset. My account was deactivated and it was reactivated, but the channel is still down and I tried many many times to get resolved, but it is not.
