I purchased your Bed Head Manipulator two oz last year, paid $16. 95 at a Beauty Salon, I found that it resulted in my hair falling out. I tried to return it, but did not have my receipt and they would not return it. I use other Bed Head products, but they are not gooey products. I came across it in my bathroom yesterday and thought I would write you to see if you would return my money or give me a coupon for credit to purchase something else.
