Hi, I recently bought a Black Friday Data for R100 and I also have 2047 Night Surfer Bundles. I cannot connect at night at all. With the Black Friday Data I had no problem connecting over the weekend. My nightmare began on Monday the 29th and Tuesday the 30th. I could only connect after 12 noon. Then I wrongly assumed that Telkom was off-line, but when I connect to the Telkom Router everything works. Needless to say this is very frustrating and I need your help urgently. Thank you.

On the 28th of October 2020 I was at Liberty mall PIETERMARITZBURG, I spent almost an hour to have my account sorted out. The lady that assisted me said I must wait for 48 hours, for my account to be active. Because the fault was with billing section. I have lost contract due to the incompetence of this I'm so heart broken by Telkom, I have called numerous times, however I was also advised to do a swim swap by telkom customer service personnel.
