On 1/5/2016, i did buy online ticket, they already deduct the money from my bank account. And i received the receipt from maybank. But after payment is successful, tgv did not email me the booking confirmation. So i was decide to go to the tgv directly, i saw the sit that i was booked was lock. (means someone has buy it, and i believe it was mine). But the staff of TGV didn't allow me to go in because no confirmation email from tgv. That guys has suggest to fill the form to refund my money back after 14 days. After one month waiting, i decide to call customer service, but no one pickup. So now, i writing to you. Hope you can refund my money.

Dear TGV Customer Service
On 7th February 2016 (Sunday) night I have booked online using my UOB Credit Card to purchase four tickets to watch Ole Bola movie, but at end of the transaction the system just hanged and I do not get any reply of successful purchase or ID No. From TGV. I also do not receive any notification from UOB regarding the online tickets purchase. On the same night me and my family went to TGV Midvalley tickets counter to reconfirm my online booking, but the staff on duty that night checked and confirmed no booking online went through and we believe him and that's when we purchased again four tickets cash for the Ole Bola movie. However, yesterday my UOB Credit Card customer service confirmed that TGV has charged my credit card for successful purchase of movie tickets online (TGV reference number 404680 time: 21. 26 hrs)
Appreciate if TGV can solve this matter as soon as possible and refund me the unsuccessful online tickets purchase. Thank you.

I would like to complain about the female toilet at tgv mines. Since last month, five out of three tgv female toilet are locked. It is very inconvenient for us to wait for toilet while rushing for movies if the other three are used during peak hr.
