Recieved a gift of the Tiny Love bouncer missing all the screws, instructions and hanging mobile toys. The box was in perfect condition and un opened. I have sent four requests to get replacement parts so I could purchase them and use the gift, but have heard nothing back It has now been four weeks. Trying every other day and nothing. Did they go out of business?.

I purchased two Tiny Love bassinets two years ago when my daughter had twins. She had another baby recently and both motors on the bassinets are extremely loud and we have to replace the battery almost every day. Any way of getting another motor for the bassinet. We love this product and do not want to have to buy more.

I purchased the Take-a-long mobile for my newborn son about three months ago or less. It doesn't tighten enough onto his pack and play no matter how hard I tighten it. It will slowly start leaning in towards him and has fallen on one occasion so I stopped using it. Hi I got the tiny live magical night projector light for my son who is now 12 weeks from his nanny, only problem is the stars light won't come on. The projector works brilliant just a shame the stars light doesn't, I do not want to tell my mother that it is actually faulty.
