Mr. Richard Mack On Phone To Torrance Transit Service
For two consecutive evenings the five Torrance Bus Northbound on Narbonne Ave has been late 15 minutes according to scheduling. Instead of 7:49pm it was 8:04pm. This inconvenience caused me to miss the bus connection for getting home by 8:45pm. Instead I'm home 45mins later. April 24th and 25th 2018.

Mr. Jonas On Phone To Torrance Transit Service
Bus 338 permitted an ansolutely unhinged passenger to continue riding on the bus. The passenger screamed and threatened passengers including women. Another male and myaelf kept him from moving around the bus by standing in his way. All this dangerous person got was a warning. He finally keft rhe bus on his own. The pilice ahoukd have been called and he should have been tossed. This is utterly inacceptable. This wasn't the typical "a bit nutty" passenger. This man was UNHINGED and DANGEROUS. Time of incident 10:15am Jul 31.
