Very disappointed, frustrated, and angry I have been trying to get a reimbursement from your company for the past eight weeks. I can not believe the working techniques that you customer service department have received. Is it appropriate for a manager not to have a response for this length of time? We followed your policy as ordered to take a flight by being there two hours before departure and still were not able to aboard. A refund is the least you can offer for this terrible experience.

Should be more Friendly as far as to having the choices to select To have a Accept / denied buttons and respect that. The way it's now, you do not have a choice once a charge is been added
And if you try to remove it nothing happens
This is not right, when we try to get help on the chat window the same problem, they hardly ever help you. The people on the Phone the same way, they just send you back to on line
Where's no help. I have been flying for years and yet not a one time have done it in lees one to two hours
The latest was one hour, this is not help. Purchasing should be done within short minutes. And furthermore we as passengers should not have to PAY to talk to sales rep.
This eventually will affect your sales. I am an unsatisfied customer Yes. 951 442 0303.

I traveled from LAX to Guadalajara, Mexico on Volaris flight 913 on 08/17/2018. I paid an additional charge for extra luggage. Upon arrival in Guadalajara (Miguel Hidalgo) I picked up my suitcase and noticed it was ripped. I was immediately directed to customer service to file a Passenger irregularity report (PIR) and a representative by the name of Juan Robles helped me out by filling out this form, took pictures of the damaged suitcase and informed me he would process this claim.
