I have a payment issue and they keep telling me the same things totally useless for the fix. When I try to pay in their website:
I get "Transaction failed". I am doing everything right:
- card number, expiry date, security number, card holder information, billing information, are all right. - I have enough money
- I did not press any back or forward page, but the browser was fresh
- The address is fine, the postal code is written properly with upper cases letters and no spaces. - card number has no dashes
- I tried with different cards
- I already contacted my banks and every is fine, they did not block anything
After telling them this they answer to check these same things I already mentioned or to contact my bank My bank already told me all is fine. Very nsatisfied, nhappy. I feel totally not considered and they do not care. They answer after two days and sometimes do not answer. Problem not resolved at all. Awful customer service.

HelloI am Having trouble with the without a box website when I want to add a new film to my profile, it asks me for a IMBD website, and I have one and when I try to type it in it do sent take it, I have an IMDB PRO member and it do sent take my URL what should I do ? i do not want a new IMDB name to be added by without a box when I have one already.

My twin sister and i made our dreams come true by putting in hours of hard work, $, and dedication to making a film festival a big success! it was a joy with talented films submitted to us from all over the world through W.A.B. We had a big catered party, celebrity appearances, and 700 people show up to our 1st and unfortunately last film festival! Our website domain was www.labizarrefilms.com and our email was info@labizarrefilms.com. All of our dreams ended when withoutabox decided to remove us from the website and tell us that we could no longer join the site or collect film submissions. They neglected to tell us or our attorney, what we did wrong to correct the situation and make amends. We tried to contact customer WAB and no one would respond to us. WAB blacklisted our names from the website and sent a rude email stating that they can remove us from the site and not be obligated to say why. Please let us know if we can rejoin again and what went wrong so it doesn't happen again. Thanks
