I received a gift card because it was said the 99. 00 I was charged could not be reversed. Well Ive tried to redeem the gift card and am unable to do so. I have my contract or card redeeming number and When I tried to redeem a password was required I tried to reset the password and was told it could not be done at this time try again later. I tried later only to be told the same thing. I have 75. 00 left on the card and I want to use it. They got my money and I do not have a gift card. Why?

I visited your site on 11/25 and registered so I could place a bid. I did not see a disclaimer in the terms of agreement about paying anything up front so I bid on an electronic device. The time countdown recycled itself numerous times, never closing down to zero to end bidding. After what I believed was a reasonable wait time, I decided I couldn't continue to wait, so I tried to log out and saw a $99. charge. I wrote a comment that I did not plan to join and did not expect to be charged for attempting to place a bid. When I received my credit card statement, the $99 charge was on it. I have contacted them. They have filed a dispute claim. If you contact me promptly, I can call them back to stop the dispute. I appreciate your timely help to resolve this issue.
