Akkineni Nageswara Rao is a South Indian film actor and producer. He was born on 20 September 1923 in Ramapuram, Andhra Pradesh, India. At the age of 17, Nageswara made his acting debut in the year 1941 in Dharmapatni, a Tamil Film. He bagged many awards like Dada Saheb Phalke Award, Filmfare Best Telugu Actor Award in 1973, 1991 and 1994 and many awards. He was married to Annapurna Akkineni in the year 1953 and has 5 children.
