Landline number 2365785 frequently remains dead/inoperative. Location is 18, New Prem Nagar, Bhadson Road, Patiala. Reason given by BSNL technician is that telephone set is defective. Further, the cable from pole to set has 3/4 joints with worn out insulation. Set and cable are not being replaced by technician despite numerous reminders. This number is not operative for the last one week. Please look into. Please also direct the concerned technician not to harass my old parents living there.
