I have paid around Rs5000 for AMC in the month of January 2016 for the Aquagaurd (RO+UV) water purified. Since I have not received any kind of general service for the past eight months, I registered a complaint on 11th Aug 2016 (Compliant Number - 88659557). As on 17th August 2016, None has turned up for any kind of service. I had an opinion that when AMC is received paying Rs5000/ year, free services would be done by the company. Please do the needful.

I am having aqua sure Elegant RO with AMCc, now it has got repaired and I have given complaint several times from 30 Jul 2015 to the Regular Mechanic Mr Ramesh (Cell No 9360344709) and he promised to come on 31st. But not come, when I enquired, he is on deputation, and asked to contact Customer care. I contacted on 1st Aug and got reply that your call will be attended today. But no serviceman came, Today I rang up again, the same reply. Today evening again I called by night 0830 your problem will be solved. Till now no one came, no complaint number and no one responded because it is now 0900 pm. This is how you care about your customer, and you have a customer cell. I need immediate response and service.

Sir, We have got transferred from madurai and raised a remedy to install our machine which we used in madurai on 7th October 2013. Service person vijay from madipakkam came to our house in madipakkam and said he need extra tubes to finish and said that filter and membrane alone has to be changed and AMC for one year will cover those and left the place with fitting charges of 350INR. Then after repeated calls, two persons came from madipakkam with AMC and said that motor is not working and two year AMC will only cover it. We said previous person has not complained about motor. They said that the previous person will itself take care and left the place. Now even after repeated calls none has turned up and they do not attend calls. Even the customer service doesn't track issues, say we are not responsible for them. Please do take necessary action and its now 31stOCT2013. Does it take the hell 25days to finish an installation. How can we trust for an AMC if they service like this. Do take action.

Sir, I have one aquasure galaxy water filter. I have purchased it before five months for rupees 2065 from Saravana store, T.Nagar, but the carbon block broken after one week when I was cleaning. And there is no water flow still now. The center filter (You say that is Magnetic filter) did not pass water to flow. I cant get even a drop of water from it. Where can get these alternate filters? I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aqua Sure RO + UV on 06.06.2013 from Vasanth and co, T. Nagar. So far company has not turned up for installation. I have complained over phone with complaint number 88581263 on 17.06.2013, and i was assured that technician will come within 24 hours, and I have reminded on 19.06.13, they again assured that it will be installed on the same day without fail. Still nobody has turned up. It is very bad, that the product is kept idle even after purchase of 13 days. Shocked after observing such a poor service.

Hi, I purchased an Aqua sure water purifier at GIRIAS agencies, Anna Nagar Chennai on 18th May 2013 and it was installed a day after.

I was promised eight lits capacity, however I find the filter extremely slow and am not getting sufficent purified water.
