Very bad experience by Eureka forbe executive in this incident. Enquired for a demo. Post demo the executive was forcing to book. As the reason he said, because i asked for a demo twice i have to buy the vacuum cleaner. If your company policy is so, first inform that demo means buying is "COMPULSORY". And to my surprise this executive behaved very rudely when asked for his reporting persons number. Very rudely he said "Complain about him. And do what you want to". All these was in front of my wife. This kind of experience has never been expected from a brand like EUREKA FORBES. Henceforth never to buy any product. And never recommend to anyone else also. And even the head of location did not answer any satisfactory way of my queries.

We lodged a request for service by sending an SMS. No action. We contacted Mr. Gawli, who advised us to SMS " Req. " to one number Did this.complaint was registered. To our utter surprise, we got a message that our complaint was attended to when NOBODY had turned up We lodged a request again. Thereupon yr rep. Visited and cleaned the filter. A spring on the filter is broken. Not replaced. Yr rep. Said spring not required. Why is it provided? Why a replacement not provided?.

Recently we had a problem with the UV holder which was changed when the technician finally came after three months with a new UV holder. I would like to report a poor customer service experience provided by any reputed company.

I lodged the service request 72206798 on Saturday using the toll free number Your agent promised that issue will be fixed on the same day.

I called yesterday to check the status and somebody promised a call back within an hour's time. It was a false promise as the first one.

Finally in the evening somebody called post 7PM and said that will visit. He didn't even bother to ask if we are comfortable for such late hour visit.

Since then Nobody has bothered to contact/visit to check the issue.

i purchase a eureka forbes modle DURO worth rs.17,990/- April month. sir my purifiers stop working from 15 days then i complain to customer care 13 may there complain no.71356085 there technician come 18 may they check and tell me there purifiers PCB Unit is not working .they tell me purifiers under warrenty PCB Unit comes in two months then i will solve your problem.
