I went to Customer Service Center for the same issue at Shop No. four and five, (GF) Sunrise Mall, Nr. Swaminarayan Temple, Mansi Cross Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad-380015, Gujarat, India. On 13th April, 2015, they said that within ten days your mobile-handset will be delivered to you. But after that I didn't got any feedback So I personally visited the Center after ten days. And in reply they said, your mobile-handset is in replacement so you will get a new handset on around 12 May, 2015. Today is 12th May, 2015. Even I didn't got the handset yet and still they are saying I may get the handset around 30th May, 2015. Respected all.

i purchase a micro max canvas A110 mobile from ahmedabad from last 02 months, but now in this mobile number battery back up for long time .battery back for only two to three houres and no internet access in fast speed internet working in poor speed and no you tube buffering a 15 to 20 minute for small size video..please kindly resolve it and revert back
