Hello,

I was approached by Reliance sales man and had talked to him about taking a post paid number and had given him proof document asking for a specific number. The sales man told would turn up next day and provide me with the SIM, but didnot do that and when called told me that he would come and give, but next I was not able to contact him on his number was not able to communicate. Not having the SIM and not used the number at all, why is d reliance message being sent of the bill amount and giving different threat of some legal notice. Today i had approached the Reliance office at PrahladNagar Commerce Centre and had met Juli madam and Dhiren. I was told to pay the amount of the phone which I have not used and additional Mr. Dhiren told U can pay little les and v can settle your complain. What is this. All verbal and nothing was taken down on paper. How should this problem be dealt and has challenged me of the legal process. Thanks,
