In between my Blackberry has a software issue of application error 523 and this error is common in black berry as a result of which all the numbers have been lost. I have been requested for loop prepaid to postpaid due to non availability of recharge in my area, my monthly recharge expenses is rupees 400 to 500/-. I had submitted the document and verification also done. Yet 11 to 12 days gone still my prepaid has not been converted into postpaid. Many a time I called on customer care on cellphone number body reply especially girl are not responding well.

I had made a complaint several times, but everytime I get to hear is that we will get this service done in 48 hours.
