I have purchase a17"colour TV in March2015 from 10-6-15it is not working i send it to service center tisu electronics azamgarh up on 11-6-15, but that is still on that shop because there was no any service engineer for repair the TV the owner of service center is not giving proper commitment regarding repair kindly solve my problem otherwise I will go to consumer foram for this the company is responsible.

I bought a Sansui 19" TV in January. The remote stopped working for it, I replaced batteries and did not make any difference. I bought a new universal remote and it worked for about two days and is now not working. I had read online that people are having trouble with the infrared sensor on TV going out on them. I called Walmart and since it is a little over 90 days they suggested I get in contact with the manufacturer. I would be satisfied in getting another one like it. The picture is great and the sound is fine. Just doesn't want to work with any remote. Any help would be appreciated
