While I was visiting here from Georgia, I stopped into the Grandville Mich, store on 08-18-15 I had the worse experience ever. The manager Michael made me feel very uncomfortable he followed me throughout the whole store. I asked him for customer service and he told me to just e-mail customer service and they would receive it from there. He went on to tell me he was from Detroit and that's how he was told to do was follow the customers and make sure that they are getting great customer service. I told him I was ok and would ask him if I needed any help and that the other young man was helping me. As I walked out the store and went to look for my husband I walked by pass the store and the employee ran outside the store and took a picture of me and ran back into the store. When I went to approach the guy I was asked to leave the store.

I had jeans ordered from the store at Woodlands Mall in Woodlands, Texas. I was suppose to receive them before Christmas. Unfortunately, I did not receive them. Would you please search to see if you could find out why I did not receive them. Thank you.

My family was at your kids ambercrombie store at Jersey Gardens Outlet (651 Kapkowski road, space 1248) on August 24th, 2013. We purchased many items for the kids (total of $264.12) and upon getting home, we realized that we had been charged for girls jeans which we had decided to only put on hold ( 608386722 female 5PKT).
We live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and are unable to come back to the store. I was told to contact the customer service after many attempts (of calling the store and not getting proper service). I would like to resolve this issue, and would like a refund for the $29.70 charge. The cashier (01899022) serving us would remember that we has specifically ask for the jeans to be put aside on hold for the day only.
We would appreciate it if this issue could be rectified as soon as possible. Once I hear back I can send you a scanned copy of our receipt.
