Buenas Tardes. Resido en Manizales, Colombia. En el mes de diciembre de 2015 realice la compra de una billetera de CH en la ciudad de New York. Seis meses después el herraje del broche se averió y la billetera quedó inservible. Me remito a ustedes para un a que me ayuden a encontrar una solución al problema de garantía de mi billetera la cual se encuentra relativamente nueva. Acudí a un almacén de Carolina Herrera en la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia para que me ayudaran a encontrar una solución a la garantía, pero fueron ellos quienes me dieron unos correos electrónicos para comunicarme con ustedes y me ayuden encontrar una solución. Sin embargo los correos que me dieron rebotaron. Quisiera adjuntarle fotografías del daño del broche. Se desprendió el pasador de la de la derecha y el broche ya no cierra. Quedó en espera de sus comentarios. Por favor envíenme un correo para remitirles las fotografías

I purchased a gold and cream shoulder bag from your concession in El Corte Ingeles Barcelona on December 2nd. When I returned to the Uk I noticed that one of the stones in the clasp had come out. I rang your London store, who were not interested. I emailed El Corte who have not replied. I have written to the Managing Director of El Corte who has not replied. Do you have a customer care after service department and do customers just pay their money and take a chance?.

On July three rd. 2012 I acquired at Perfumeria Pigmento (a well known beauty store in Buenos Aires)a 100 ml. Bottle of Carolina Herrera edp, a perfum I have used almost all my life. Sorry to say that neither the fragrance nor its lasting match up to the quality standards of your brand. Or you have lowered your standards or I've been the victim of a well crafted fraud (since the packaging, the IRS label, the bottle itself are exact). In the hope you can solve this, I attach jpg of the scanned buying ticket. Giving the case the code numbered is not quite legible, I transcript it: eight 411061 061602 - 09576I write to you since the importer here in Argentina (Puig Argentina SA) is almost unattainable either by phone or mail.
