Today I received a test bank capsules for 4. 95 euros and I have removed two times 4. 95 + 79. 85 I refuse to the second banks, and i want to back my money.
I agreed to the trial Cellan pills and before I started taking them (in fact they are not even open now) money has been taken out of my bank account. I want this money returned to me as I only agreed to try the sample and I have not done this and did not authorize any money to be taken out of my account at any time.
I want to cancel the subscription for Cellan Diet. I have returned the packages to the return address. I take it that this is effective immediately. Thanking you.

My complaint is that I can not find an email address with my order. I did order the free trial, but cannot continue with a subscription that i may have unwittingly agreed to. I am about to leave the country for work so i wish to cancel any future contract that may be set up. Thank you

I wish to cancel my subscription immediately. I was unaware that I was committing to any form of subscription. You have removed €79 from my account this month alone and as a struggling student. I will now be forced to borrow money in order to cover my food Bill. I expect a full refund of this money. I have contacted my bank and have been forwarded to the fraud unit where my account with you will be investigated if normal procedure of resolving this issue with you. I have been trying to email both the UK and Irish addresses to cancel since Thursday 25rd October and these addresses are not accepting my messages. I can only assume that they are false and that I am being conned. I want to cancel this product, I do not want any product or service from Cellan and all associated companies.

I originally took the trial offer thinking that i was only committing myself to £5-99 after receiving the offer and taking one tablet i was violently sick, i was advised by the doctor not to take any more mycellan. Before i could cancel the order which i had not realized i was agreeing to another amount of money was taken from my account. After speaking to one of your representative i was told to return the second package and given a rma number 13812701883485787. I did this by recorded post, but to date no money has been credited to my account, i have tried to contact you by phone, but the line goes dead after waiting a long time. I am a pensioner and cant afford not to have this money returned.
