My name is Lee walker acct513887 I have email you and made a phone call to find out what to do about my new phone that's not working. You said you would contact me within 24he and you did not. You said you would call me back and you did not. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am a first time buyer for your product, just put 45. 00 on it and no one can come up with a solution. A 160. 00 dollars plus 45. 00 and you can not email or call back. You can see in your note that that phone just quit. What are you going to do for the situation. Your not standing behind your product.

Can't get a signal in Hale, MI to pay my phone bill and got thru long enough to "611" to hear how to pay online. Never got an invoice or account as I've payed either in the store or on my phone. Who saves that in their flip phone?Without either one of these, it's impossible to pay. Have to find a land line and call the 800 customer serv . What if I didn't have access? This after a frustrating hour of signal searching and looking at the user un-friendly web site.

No high speed data for over two weeks. Yet my data been choked. I am asking for money to be returned for the month send on both phones. The phones are worse my I say you not BRAG about your services. My free government phone works better and its free. You should furthermore get new techs to do your services. My total data so FAR for the month is 4g so why the chock on my data. And why does my texts not go through. Its not fair that I pay top dollar and get the worst. Let me tell you something even metro Pcs worked better and they had unlimited data. I asked you guys to come over and see the problems yet it just keeps getting worse. I had Verizon in the same location and never had as many problems. Please reply for the month and phones. My next step is the Fcc for fraud on data plans. Unless you get your ass out here and fix along with months of service to be sure you fix the problem here. Word spread like fire in love lock and winnmucca man up and fix not bullshit.
