I purchased tickets to Crystal in Prince George BC with a $100 gift card from Costco and because of a glitch in your system the gift cards were not credited and my credit card was charged the full amount for the tickets. I used my credit card to cover the extra $9. ten as the bill came to $109. 10. So there was a gift card validated I believe on or about Jan 23/18 as I do recall the notice said to give the system three days for the card to be loaded for use and I purchased the tickets on Jan 26/18. I guess the only way my story can be corroborated is if you guys have a gift card activated around that date which was never used. Not sure what else I can do, but this whole thing was a negative experience even down to only being able to get certain seats in the arena that are not desirable. This also would prove to you that a gift card was used or I would have gotten seats in a much preferred location. Would love to hear back from you if there is anything you can do for me.

I am a huge fan of Cirque Du Solei and have seen Love- One- and O, and last night I took my Mother, Son, daughter and partners to see Toruk in Sydney last night, and was I disappointed, It was extremly slow and Boring and I was tempted to walk out. It was not the quality of the Cirque du soliel that I have been privilaged to have seen, two of my family members fell asleep. None of my family members have been to one of your productions, and I was excited to share this with them. Very upset and disappointed.

We watched Cirque Du Soleil Mystere in Treasure Island in Las Vegas last week. We was not able to buy the DVD as it was not compatible with the English DVD players. Can you please advise if I am able to purchase this direct from you. What a fantastic performance and would love the DVD to remind us of our visit to Vegas.

My name is Adrian Morales and I attended Saturday nights Turok event in Miami at the BB and T Center. Unfortunately, the show started roughly about 15 minutes late and there was an influx of audience members congesting the aisles where I was sitting. For 25 minutes in the first act my girlfriend and I could not watch the show. We were seated in section 117, row 15, seats one and 2. The same thing happened at the start of the second act and we missed the first ten minutes due to people congesting the aisles. We missed 1/3 of the event due to a late start time, and I would like at least a partial reimbursement for my tickets
