I ordered a take up and I picked up at the store in Naples, Fl. Tolerate st. I ordered ham, carrots, green beans plus biscuits w/ strawberry jam and coca cola cake. I posted my complaint email on ticket, but didn't get a response. My complaint is the coca cola cake was not in the bag and was very disappointed and was looking forward to the cake mostly. Also they sent me corn muffins and no butter instead of biscuits. I pick up there at least twice a month and something is always missing. And frankly I'm getting tired of it. I have no complaints with the food. The bag is sealed and I feel like I have no space to set it down to open it and to make sure its all there. But I guess that's what I'm going to have to start doing.
On December 16, 2021 an order was placed to go for total of $24. 98. On Monday the 20th of December when checking my account I realized that I was charged for two charges verses one charge of 24. 98. I proceeded to call the Cracker Barrel and did speak to a person, explained my situation and she informed me that I needed to speak with another person that handled matters as such. After holding for 55 minutes the call automatically dropped. I have been trying to get with Cracker Barrel via phone for the past three days, to get the matter resolved. Third attempt to get help. I have a Cracker Barrel gift card that I purchased in November 2020. I never used the card. I went to your restaurant in Clinton, NJ with my sons to have dinner on Thanksgiving. I was told when I presented the gift card for payment that there was a zero balance on the card. After I got home, I called for the transaction history. The card was activated in November of 2020 and redeemed for $45 on September 21, 2021. I did not redeem the card in September. I was not in a Cracker Barrel restaurant since before the Covid shutdown. 908-310-4117
