The little break goes by, where the ad should be, but then the movie just keeps playing right away. I do not mind, of course, since I've seen the three commercials you've got going right now so many times I could probably recite them verbatim, but thought you should know since I appreciate your service and understand that's your revenue model, and is probably especially important to show the ads during a newer, probably more popular movie like Joe Dirt 2. I am in Australia and have been watching days of our lives on crackle since April 2013. Everything has been going great until this week. Episodes 66 to 70 does not match the blurb. The episodes are out of synchronize. Episode 65 has sami's first day in court and then episode 66 has her already home with EJ and everything is sorted. It is completely out of whack. 10/20/14. Customer service representative transferred the call to technical support only to have the call go to voice mail. Left name and number. Problem: the crackle application on my vizio smart TV does not work. When you select any option from the drop down menu the application goes into an endless loop and does not play. The application has been uninstalled, reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Vizio technical support tried everything even setting the television back to factory default and crackle still would not work.
