I changed over to the new flow Blaze bundle a few days ago and the broadband speed that I am receiving is way much lower than what is promised on the bundle? I have written at least four emails and have made at least five calls to customer service to effect a solution or get the issue resolved. Each time I call I am told that I would by connected to the department responsible for terminating services and each time I am placed on hold again, until the call is ended?
