I bought a cordless phoneset of your company on 12. 08. 2016 from TIME KING(Kolkata, India). It had a warranty for two years. So when it developed a problem within the warranty period-the problem was that it cannot retain charge for more than 10minutes when taken away from the base-the shopman kept it and promised to do the servicing, kept it for 18days, but returned it without any repairing. Recently my Gigaset A530 cordless stopped working, which I brought from Amezone. In (Invoice-TN-SMAA-134258971-32126) around 11 months back. Its been almost 5-7 days I'm searching for their India support contact/site and did lot of internet research, but no help. All customer care number on internet either not reachable or discontinued. Even tried to drop an email to few email ids available like Indiasalesenquries. Gc@Gigaset.com, but failed. Honestly I never put so much effort to search contact or reach out support team, and still no use. I Have a Gigaset C 340 Ansa telephone. The number of calls awaiting reading has stopped functioning so we have lost the number of calls waiting to be answered. No doubt there is an easy way of resurrecting them which I am unable to find in the service manual. I am writing to complain about a Gigaset S820 sextet set of phones purchased at the end of January 2014. I had to get one replacement handset )an SL910H) after one year because the screen froze and I have just had another handset replaced (S850HX this time) because of the same fault. I have just now had to send off yet another handset because of another fault. In addition both the SL910H and the S850HX handset keep de-registering from the base. I find it totally unacceptable that having invested in these not inexpensive phones which were highly recommended at the time, that I have had so many issues in such a short period of time. It is also not something I expect from such a prestigious company as yours. Further I am sure the remaining handsets will develop similar faults in the not too distant future.
