Sirs: We have a 2016 Ford F150 That came equipped with Hancock tires. The vehicle has approx. 14000 miles on it and is used only for towing our trailer. We do not go off roading nor do we drive it on gravel. We are getting to take another short trip with our trailer and noticed that there are "chunks" of rubber missing from the treads of two of the tires. We took the vehicle to Ford and they informed us that the damage is unwarrantable. I believe that ford is besmirching your good and forcing us to drive on tires that are unsafe. I am enclosing several photos of the tires and the damaged treads. WE hope that you will be able to rectify our situation.

I purchased four Hankook Ventas S1 Noble2 tires on May 19th at a Kost Tire. In November, two tire were completely bald. Now the other two are bald. I replaced two in November with 6K on them and was charged over $100. Now I have to replace the other 2. Cannot believe you do not stand by your product to replace at no charge. Also, the car is a 2014 Camry that is in alignment and has been checked by two other mechanics, it is the tires. Very disappointed. Mike Hollow
