Mr. Consuelo Boide On Phone To Lexus Corporate Contact Service
Purchased 2022 GX 460. Tow hitch not installed. Dealer refused to install available one because they said Lexus Corporate did not allow tow hitch due to defect in tow hitch. I would not have purchased vehicle if I had known it would not be available. Now there is no information or effort to provide customers with a tow hitch. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand designed and built to tow JTJKM7BX6N5307244
