Hello Msr Team I am from India. Just wanted to let you know that I am still using your old 2-lit. Hydromedary - it came to me as 'instructor gift' when I worked my second course at NOLS in 2001 Since then I have used it on all the NOLS courses that I have taught as well as other trips I did in the Himalaya and elsewhere. The only piece that I have had to change is the mouthpiece, that too only a couple of times. Needless to say I take good care of it after every course, but there is no denying that you have products that are simply superb in all aspects. Every time I use it I end up talking about it to my hiking companions, and I have often thought of writing to you. Since you asked for it: my India phone number Is 9820285878. Cheers And hope you continue to do your QUALITY work.
Dear Msr-Team,
I have an issue with the ceramic element of the waterfilter miniworks ex. The soft plastic part/end of the element bacame a bit loose, when I boiled it the last time. For me it doesnt look like an important part in the way it would influence the process of filtration of sweet water. But I want to be shure
So my question is: Does this "loose part" have an Impact on the quality of the water which will be filtered?
Thanks in advance for your time, Helge Wagner.
